Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your Sidhita purchase. This policy applies to orders placed through sidhita.com.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Email hello@sidhita.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. Do not send an item back until we confirm the request and provide the return address and instructions.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from marks or odour, with original tags and packaging. We may refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. If we confirm a manufacturing defect or fulfilment error, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. The quickest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order. Contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping

For preference or size returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and for using a tracked service. Original shipping charges, import duties and taxes are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect.

Refunds

We inspect returned items after arrival. If approved, we aim to issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display it.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We may cancel an order only before it enters fulfilment. After dispatch, the return rules above apply.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items worn, washed, altered or without original tags
  • Personalised or made-to-order items, unless faulty
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked final sale where permitted by applicable law

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
